Tour Plan
Day 1: Tarangire National Park
In the morning our safari Manager will meet you at your lodge for a short pre-tour briefing. Then you will meet your driver guide, collect picnic lunch and embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse birdlife. Enjoy thrilling game drives throughout the day, capturing unforgettable moments as you observe lions, giraffes, wildebeests, and other remarkable creatures.
As the day concludes, head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight – Lake Burunge Tented Lodge.

Day 2: Tarangire- Lake Manyara National Park
Today the journey proceed to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its stunning alkaline lake and a variety of wildlife. The park is renowned for its tree-climbing lions and pink-hued flamingos that adorn the lakeshore. Explore the park during a morning game drive and savor a picnic lunch amidst the serene surroundings. In the afternoon, drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight – Eileen’s Tree Lodge.

Day 3: Ngorongoro- Serengeti National Park
After early breakfast at the lodge, descend into the crater for an in-depth exploration of this distinctive eco-system. Enjoy abundant wildlife viewing set against the impressive backdrop of the Ngorongoro Crater, the heart of the conservation area. These drives provide one of the best opportunities in Africa to view Black Rhino, which tend to spend their time on the crater floor.
Another big draw card to this Picturesque Caldera, is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, Serval cat as well as the African wild cat which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. Picnic lunch will be served at the crater floor, followed by another game viewing visiting the hippo pool near the Mandusi Swamp, Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner which is one of the main features of the crater, the Lerai forest as well as other parts of the crater. Then drive out to “Wild rich” The Serengeti National Park.

Day 4 : Explore Serengeti National Park
Today we are taking you for full day game drive in the Serengeti. You will start as early as 06:30 with packed breakfast box and lunch box. Early morning game drive allows you to spot the cat family on the road as they try to avoid the morning mist, you may also see nocturnal animals coming back from their long night of hunting or a group of lioness organizing an ambush or eating along the road.
Break for breakfast in the bush then you will be heading to where the Wildebeest migration is located. Spend much time watching the migration of herds, the big cats and others (picnic lunch will be served in the bush or in one of the picnic site in the area). You may expect to see a lot of animal actions like hunting, killing, fighting & so on. Drive back to the camp during or before the sunset for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 5 : Northern Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for Northern Serengeti with game viewing en route. You will visit the Lobo valley and kopjes as well as the Bologonja area before getting to Kogatende. In the afternoon break for lunch, and later you will proceed with game viewing at the northern Serengeti Kopjes and the Mara River. The northern Serengeti is home to a huge number of resident animals including lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, buffalo and many more. Late afternoon you will drive to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 : Explore Northern Serengeti National Park
After early breakfast enjoy early morning and late afternoon game viewing at Mara River areas. You will depart from the camp at first light with a picnic breakfast for a big day in search of the biggest herds of the great migrations. You will drive through the Mara River in the golden light of dawn looking for special photographic opportunities of wildebeest and Zebras taking the cold plunge to cross the glittering waters of the Mara River as well as other wildlife interactions.
Witnessing the river crossing needs patience as the herd will often take hours to decide whether or not to cross, weighing the risk of crocodiles and the strength of the rivers current.
A good place to enjoy your picnic breakfast today is along the Mara River. You will later drive back to your camp for hot lunch and a little leisure at the camp in the middle of the day. Late afternoon game viewing in search for different wildlife interactions around Mara River. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 : Schedule flight from Serengeti to Arusha Airport
On your final day, bid farewell to the Serengeti’s untamed wilderness as you board a scenic flight back to Arusha.
Upon arrival at the airport in Arusha you will be met and transffered to you hotel in the city centre. Carrying cherished memories of an unforgettable Northern Tanzania safari with Wild Pride Safaris.
