Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp is located in Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, just next to Ngorongoro Crater. The camp is close to the main crater access road, hence giving the guest much-unrivalled access to the crater floor and a nice scenic view of the crater when one is in his or her room. Guests at Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp enjoy an aerial view of Ngorongoro Crater, and with good binoculars, one can see animals that are residents in the crater like, like rhinos, lions, leopards, Jackals, hyenas, hippos, buffaloes, elephants, wildebeest and many more.
